The purpose of the Clinical Resource Nurse is to improve patient care, reduce the need for resuscitation code team activation, and provide an adequate assessment, treatment, and stabilization and to determine and facilitate an appropriate level of care. The Clinical Resource Nurse will focus on specific situation in all areas. These situations will have complex clinical issues and require immediate attention and clinical expertise.
The Clinical Resource Nurses' Job Functions are as follows:
Rapid Response Function

  • Responds to rapid response and code alerts such as Code Green and Code Blue.

  • Assists the staff members in assessing and stabilizing the patient's condition, as well as organizing information to be communicated to the patient's care provider.

  • Assess patient's status, analyze and interpret information for intervention.

  • Work with physicians to facilitate quality patient care.

  • Gathers data for performance improvement/statistics and reports outcomes to committees.

  • Interacts on a continuous basis with other departments by directing activities towards positive outcomes.

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

  • Five years of nursing experience with at least 2 years' experience in Critical Care

  • Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.

  • Current New Jersey R.N. license.

  • Maintains required BLS, PALS, and ACLS course completion status.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
