Outstanding opportunity with private EM Group in northern New Jersey! A local, Independent Emergency Medicine team staffing ED's with a combined 120,000 visits annually is now looking for one sharp additional physician to join their practice.
This is a long-standing, close-knit group that has worked together for several years.
Each department sees an annual patient volume of 30,000-40,000 and has daily overlapping physician coverage consisting of 10 and 12 hour shifts.
The physicians also enjoy scribes, strong specialty back up, an average of well under 2 patients per hour and an support from hospital leadership.
This group has a democratic mentality with everyone sharing nights, weekends and holidays regardless of seniority.
They also have a rare degree of stability with a contract that renews automatically only once every several years.
Members of the group also sit on virtually every major hospital committee.
Compensation is very competitive with additional lucrative profit-sharing after partnership.
Some partners in the group live in northern New Jersey and others choose to commute from NYC.
