- Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products in order to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
