Summary:
Under limited supervision, the Front office clerical Assistant will perform clerical and receptionist duties.
Minimum 1 yr.
in office setting.

General knowledge of office procedures.
Ability to organize work and attend to details.
Computer literate Type 60 words per minute with spelling accuracy.
Ability to be cooperative and work as a team with all agency staff.
Experience in mental health setting.
In addition to above, duties and responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls, checking in clients, scheduling appointments, etc Demonstrates ability to competently use computer and agency software and Electronic Health Records Demonstrates ability to think on an independent level and to problem solve.
Performs office activities such as greeting visitors, filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
