We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to learn and grow in the field of custom drapery manufacturing.
No prior sewing experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in the production process of drapes and shades, including measuring, cutting fabrics, and assembly.
Support packing of finished products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with our team of master seamstresses and artisans, learning and contributing to various aspects of the production process.
Assist interior designers ordering products from our company.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, customer service, or light assembly work is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail, as our products are custom and handcrafted.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication.
A team player with a strong desire to learn and assist others.
Spanish is a plus.
